Your app license
On iOS, the license to use Merpy is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. These terms do not replace or restrict rights under that agreement.
On Android, Yumink grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use a lawfully acquired copy of Merpy on compatible devices under Google Play's terms and applicable family-sharing rules. You may not redistribute or resell the app, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits. Ownership of the app remains with Yumink and its licensors.
Paid download and refunds
Merpy is offered as a one-time paid download. The store shows the final price, currency and applicable taxes before purchase. Regional prices may differ. Merpy currently has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Apple or Google handles checkout, payment and store refunds. Purchases on one platform do not automatically grant a license on the other. To request a refund, use Apple's refund process or Google Play's refund process. Statutory cancellation, conformity and other consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not declare a blanket no-refund rule or waive a right of withdrawal.
Your photos and work
You retain your rights in the photos and compositions you use with Merpy. Use images you own or have permission to use and respect the rights and privacy of people pictured. Yumink does not acquire ownership of your photos or a license to publish them merely because you use the app.
Collection editing changes app copies and crop metadata. It does not edit photo-library originals. Export creates additional JPEG files. Keep originals and separate backups of anything important; local drafts can be lost if app data is cleared, the app is deleted or a device fails.
Using Merpy
Use the app and website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass protections, distribute modified copies as official Merpy, or infringe another person's rights. There is no public content feed or user account service within Merpy.
You are responsible for reviewing crops and compositions before exporting or posting. Merpy's grid is a preview; third-party services can change how they display images. Print creates a tiled digital composition and does not order physical prints.
Stores and social platforms
Merpy is independent of Instagram, Meta, Apple and Google. Their names identify compatibility or services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. You export your images and publish them manually in the service you choose. Merpy does not offer scheduling, Instagram account connection or automatic posting.
Store terms govern downloads, redownloads and device eligibility. Other services govern content you post to them. Yumink cannot control their availability, policies, fees or layout changes.
Compatibility, updates and support
The current app supports iOS and iPadOS 18 or later and Android 8 or later on compatible devices. Store listings provide current device requirements. Contact [email protected] for help.
A purchase provides the app offered in the store at purchase. It does not promise every future feature, perpetual compatibility with every future operating system, or unlimited future major versions. This does not limit updates, including security updates, or remedies required by applicable consumer law. Changes will respect those obligations.
Quality and responsibility
We aim to provide a working app as described in its store listing. You may have statutory rights if digital content is faulty, fails to conform to its description or lacks required updates. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory warranties, remedies or liabilities, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to those rights, Yumink is not responsible for problems caused solely by third-party services, unsupported device modifications, or uses outside the app's intended purpose. We do not promise particular social-media results.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, subject to mandatory protections available to you under the law of your habitual residence. They do not require consumers to bring proceedings exclusively in Lithuania or give up a court or remedy available under applicable law. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect lawful changes in the app or its operation. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate and will not remove rights attached to a purchase or apply retroactively to deprive you of mandatory protections. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law.
